PROGRAM GOAL: To support leadership and employees (regardless of neurotype) in self-evaluation of their workplace experience, create an opportunity for new awareness and offer new perspectives and tools to eliminate burnout cycle, increase productivity and enhance overall workplace well-being.
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION: The workshop will offer a set of engaging self-assessments that evoke new awareness, insights, and learning on an individual level. Participants evaluate where patterns occur in their workplace sphere that drain energy and contribute to reduced productivity. Key topics including: capacity maintenance, essential focus, emotional regulation and motivation will leave participants with new understanding and tools to support their work life (and personal) experience.

PROGRAM GOAL: Introduce the organization to best practices that reflect a neuro-inclusive workplace culture. Leadership and human resource managers will grow in new awareness and experience alternative perspectives as they step toward inclusivity in this neurodiversity workshop.
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION: The workshop will assess current challenges that face the organization regarding diverse neurotype employees. It will present neuro-inclusive concepts that span the life cycle of employment. This work aims to create inclusive policies, practices, and mindsets that celebrate cognitive diversity from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and retention. The outcome of establishing a supportive, neuro-inclusive workplace culture creates
high-performing environments that enhance engagement, improve performance and sustain retention for all employees.
