Certified ADHD & Executive Function Life Coach
Trauma-Informed Psychosomatic Practitioner
I am an advocate for all neurodivergent individuals. Regardless of neurotype, every human needs multi-modal support. Coaching is an effective, evidence-based modality that supported me when I was diagnosed with ADHD late-in-life. I offer 1:1 and group coaching support, as well as, facilitate educational workshops to bring clarity around ADHD as a medical diagnosis, the spectrum of impacts, and how to implement management strategies that are customized to the individual experience. Our work looks at the whole person and how current circumstances and past experiences play a role in how ADHD symptoms and executive function needs present. You know what needs to change. I am a partner in identifying the steps on your path to move with you in that direction.
I work with ADHDers to live intentionally with acceptance of how ADHD impacts daily life…acknowledge challenges, recognize strengths, and live life according to what is important to them. As a parent and professional with ADHD, I relate to the experience of my clients and help them to embrace balance by recognizing capacity and honoring essential focus. The process of growth is unique to every individual based on their needs, wants, and life circumstances.
I pivoted from a 25-year career in non-profit leadership, supporting communities and small businesses to pursue education as an ICF Certified ADHD Life Coach and Trauma-Informed Psychosomatic Practitioner. As a coach, I meet others where they are in service to support their journey of where they want to be.
